This website is operated by RBC Global Advisors Private Limited, Surat, Gujarat, India ("RBC", "we", "us"). Our affiliate Maxiple Global Services LLC, 9300 John Hickman Parkway, #1104, Frisco, TX 75035, USA ("Maxiple"), delivers our services to clients in the United States. RBC and Maxiple each act as the controller (the party that decides how personal information is used) for the information described in this policy, and may share it with each other to answer your enquiry.

2. Information we collect
- Enquiries. Your name, email address, telephone number, company, country and the content of your message when you email, call or write to us.
- Live chat (only if you accept chat cookies). Messages you send, any name or email you give, your IP address, approximate location, browser and device details, and the pages you view. Chat is provided by Tawk.to.
- Visit statistics (only if you accept analytics cookies). Pages viewed, how you arrived, device and browser type, and approximate location derived from a shortened IP address. This is provided by Google Analytics.
- Server logs. IP address, date and time, pages requested and browser type, recorded by our hosting provider for security and reliability.
- Your cookie choice. Stored in your browser so we do not ask you again on every visit.
Please do not send tax identification numbers, bank account details, passwords or government ID numbers through the website chat or ordinary email. We will set up a secure way to exchange these once an engagement begins.

We do not use your information for automated decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects, and we do not use it for advertising.
4. Who we share it with
- Between RBC and Maxiple, to handle your enquiry in the right country.
- Service providers that process information on our instructions: Tawk.to (live chat), Google (analytics), and our website hosting and email providers.
- Professional advisers, courts, regulators and authorities where the law requires or permits.
- A successor business, if we reorganise or transfer our business, on the same terms as this policy.
We do not sell personal information. We do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.
5. International transfers
RBC is based in India, Maxiple in the United States, and our providers operate in several countries. Where the law of your country restricts transfers, we rely on an adequacy decision, your consent, or approved safeguards such as standard contractual clauses and the UK International Data Transfer Addendum.
6. How long we keep it
- Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement: normally up to 3 years after our last contact.
- Chat transcripts: as long as needed to deal with your request, normally no more than 24 months.
- Analytics data: up to 14 months.
- Server logs: for the period our hosting provider keeps them, normally up to 12 months.
- If you become a client, the information we hold for the engagement is kept under our engagement terms and the record-keeping rules that apply to accountants and tax preparers, which can run for many years.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask us to access, correct, delete, restrict or move your personal information, to object to how we use it, and to withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawing consent does not affect use before you withdrew. To use a right, email the contact in section 1. We may need to confirm your identity and will reply within the time the law allows, which is one month in the UK and EU and 45 days under California law.
- United Kingdom and European Economic Area: UK GDPR, EU GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. You may complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) or your local data protection authority.
- Canada: PIPEDA and applicable provincial laws. You may complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
- Australia: the Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles. You may complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
- Singapore: the Personal Data Protection Act 2012. You may complain to the Personal Data Protection Commission.
- United Arab Emirates: Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on personal data protection and applicable free zone rules.
- India: the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023. Our grievance contact is info@rbcglobalgroup.com, and you may approach the Data Protection Board of India.
- United States: California and other state privacy laws give residents rights to know, delete, correct and opt out of sale or sharing. We do not sell or share personal information, and we do not discriminate against anyone for using these rights.
8. Children
This website is for businesses and is not directed at anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has sent us information, tell us and we will delete it.
9. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls and documented procedures. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Other websites
This website links to other sites, such as maxipleglobal.com. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of sites we do not operate. Please read their policies.
11. Client engagements
Information we receive while providing services to a client is governed by the engagement letter, our confidentiality duties and professional rules. This policy covers the website and initial enquiries only.
12. Changes
We may update this policy and will change the date at the top when we do. Material changes will be flagged on the website.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Surat, Gujarat have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes about the website, except where mandatory law in your country gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere. Services delivered to clients in any country are governed by the law and dispute terms in the engagement letter.
